Prior to this role, they served as a Partner at M&A Worldwide, a global network of advisory firms. In addition, they worked as an Investment Director and board member at Promo-Invest, and as a Private Equity Investment Manager at Swicorp. With a background in auditing at KPMG and equity research at UBS Investment Bank, Houssem holds a Master of Science in Finance and Management from emlyon business school, an MBA from the University of Bradford, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from IHEC Carthage.
