Martin Mayer

Martin Mayer is the Founder and Managing Partner of ArsCorporate., an independent investment banking boutique with global reach. Martin is also the Managing Partner at M&A Worldwide, a global network of M&A advisory firms. With extensive experience in M&A, corporate finance, and venture capital, Martin has held various leadership positions in prominent companies such as EADA Business School, ONEtoONE Corporate Finance, and Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG. Martin holds a Master's degree in Economics/Business Administration and has completed executive education at IE Business School and IESE Business School.
