Taylor Harrell is the Director of Learning and Evaluation at MAAC PROJECT METROPOLITAN AREA ADVISORY COMMITTE. Prior to this, they served as a consultant with the National Conflict Resolution Center, where they conducted trainings and consultations on conflict resolution and diversity and inclusion strategies. Taylor also worked with the University of San Diego's Center for Peace and Commerce, overseeing the delivery of research-based digital learning programs for social entrepreneurs. Additionally, they taught leadership courses as an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences.

Taylor Harrell has a Ph.D in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences, a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the same school, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences (Pre-Med) from the University of San Diego. Taylor also has a certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in 360 Leadership Development Assessment and from The Fearless Organization Scan in Psychological Safety Certified Practitioner (PSCP).
