Joshua Amponsah

Joshua Amponsah is a skilled mechanical technician with extensive experience in various sectors of the engineering field. Currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Technician at Maaden Aluminium Company since June 2013, Amponsah specializes in the installation and repair of gear-reducers, pumps, and cylinders, as well as piping works and alignment of revolving components. Prior to this role, Amponsah worked at Volta Aluminium Company from August 2005 to May 2013, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs of conveyors, hydraulic cylinders, roll crushers, and compressors, among other duties. Starting career as an Automobile Technician at the Information Services Department from March 2000 to December 2004, Amponsah gained expertise in maintenance and repair of various vehicle systems. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Accra Polytechnic and a Motor Vehicle Technician Part II certification from Universal Secondary Technical.
