Kevin Richard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in planning and asset management within the fertilizer industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Planning and Assets Management at Ma'aden Waad Al Shamal Phosphate Company since August 2022, Kevin leads a team responsible for scheduling and spare parts availability at multiple locations in Saudi Arabia. Prior to this role, Kevin dedicated over 26 years at Mosaic Fertilizer LLC, progressing from Production Coordinator to Reliability Workflow Lead, where responsibilities included improving maintenance workflows across several sites and leading teams in asset integrity and scheduling efforts. Kevin has a strong background in reliability engineering, condition monitoring, and workforce management, supported by education from Richard Arnold Adult Education.
