Mohammad Samir Helal has a diverse range of work experience in various IT roles. Mohammad Samir started their career at Alkhomassia Trading Co as a Helpdesk Engineer, where they implemented and supported Windows server 2003 and various applications. Mohammad Samir then worked as a Support Engineer at Cordoba Training Center, implementing and configuring Windows Server 2003 and related services.

Later, they joined the Information and Systems Institute as a System Administrator and Instructor, where they gained experience in network administration and teaching courses such as MCSE and CCNA. Mohammad Samir then moved on to TE Data as a Data Center Engineer, where they configured and supported managed servers, installed and deployed VMware ESXI hosts, and monitored server and application performance.

Following their time at TE Data, they joined Vodafone International Services (VIS) as a Senior Operations Engineer and Projects Delivery Lead. Here, they deployed and maintained web applications, managed the Vodafone Data Center VM servers, and supported first-level support teams and customers across Vodafone Group Operation Companies.

Currently, they work at Maarif Education as an IT Infrastructure and Information Security Team Lead and Technical Project Manager. In this role, they manage a team of 20 members and provides technical advice and planning for various infrastructure projects. Mohammad Samir also serves as a technical project manager and oversees projects related to network, infrastructure, and information security.
