Jacob Baldwin

General Counsel at Maas Energy Holdings

Jacob Baldwin is currently working as the General Counsel at Maas Energy Works since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the City of Redding, starting in August 2015. At the City of Redding, they held the positions of Deputy City Attorney from August 2015 to January 2019 and Assistant City Attorney II from February 2019 to February 2023. Before joining the City of Redding, Jacob worked as an Attorney at Maire, Burgess and Deedon from May 2014 to August 2015. Jacob also held the role of Legal Clerk at Maire & Burgess from September 2010 to May 2014 and at Reiner Simpson Slaughter from May 2010 to August 2010. Prior to their legal career, Jacob served as the President and Co-Founder of BF Investments from January 2006 to April 2010.

Jacob Baldwin's education history includes a series of academic achievements. Jacob began their tertiary education at Shasta College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in General Education from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they attended Simpson University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. In 2009, Jacob transferred to the University of Hawai'i at Manoa - William S. Richardson School of Law, where they studied for a year before finally attending Cal Northern School of Law from 2010 to 2013. At Cal Northern School of Law, they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, specializing in Law.
