Megan Byrne

Megan Byrne is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate finance and strategic project management. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate Finance at MAAS Group Holdings Ltd since February 2022, Megan previously held various positions at Holcim Australia & New Zealand from 2007 to 2022, including Strategic Projects Manager, Strategic Assistant to the CEO, and CFO Aggregates. Early in the career, roles included Strategy & Planning Manager and Business Analyst, as well as Financial Accountant. Prior experience includes working as an Accountant in the Audit division at Grant Thornton Australia. Megan holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional, a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland.
