Jim Janssen

Jim Janssen has extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors. As the owner and director of Jim Janssen BMC since January 2022, Jim also serves as a member of the Meervoudige Kamer for Binnenvisserij and holds positions such as external independent chair of the MAA – Omwonenden and program director for Heiligdomsvaart Maastricht 2025. Other roles include chairing the advisory board of Stichting @ease, vice-chair of Stichting Bankastudios Maastricht, and serving as a tutor in Advanced Studies in Management at Open Universiteit. Jim's past positions include municipal councilor for Social Affairs, Elderly Policy, and Culture in Maastricht, and membership in various regional councils. Educational achievements include a post-master certification in supervisory management from Maastricht University and an executive master's degree in management and organization.
