Govinda Kandhai

Govinda Kandhai is a tax advisor specializing in indirect tax at Baker Tilly Nederland since October 2015, focusing on (inter)national VAT and real estate transfer tax structuring, primarily from a Dutch perspective. Additionally, Govinda serves as a lecturer on VAT at Universiteit Maastricht since January 2019. Govinda holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law, including civiel effect and Corporate and Financial Law from Universiteit Utrecht and has received education from the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers between 2016 and 2019.
