Elizabeth Kitao

Elizabeth Kitao is an experienced professional in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Mabati Rolling Mills Ltd, a key player in the steel industry in Kenya, since 2012. Previous roles include acting as Learning Training and Development Manager, implementing successful mentorship programs, and increasing e-learning platform participation. As Employee Relations Manager, Elizabeth maintained harmonious industrial relations and addressed employee issues. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Officer at Awanad Enterprise Limited and in various administrative roles, including Personal Assistant at the International University of East Africa and Clinic Administrator at Basil's Dental Clinic. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Kampala International University.
