Tomer Graziani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles and companies.
Starting in 2006, Graziani worked at Publicis as a Creative Planner until 2008. From there, they joined Tapuz, where they held the positions of Head of Community Marketing & Sales from 2008 to 2011, and later became the Head of Marketing & Business Development from 2011 to 2012.
In 2012, Graziani moved to Kimberly - Clark Israel and served as the Head of eCommerce until 2019. During this time, they gained expertise in eCommerce strategies and management.
In 2019, Graziani joined Yenot Bitan - Mega group as the Head Of Ecommerce, a position they held until 2021. Here, they further developed their skills in eCommerce, focusing on the growth and development of the company's online presence.
Most recently, Graziani joined Mabaya in 2022, where they initially served as the Director of Growth before being promoted to the role of VP of Growth. Their contributions to the company have been ongoing, with no specified end date.

Tomer Graziani has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy & Media from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Tomer also pursued further education in Business Administration and Management, General, earning an EMBA from Tel Aviv University between 2010 and 2012.
