Matthew Hill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Matthew started their career as a Marketing Research Intern at Stillwater National Bank in 2005. Matthew then worked as a Marketing Intern at Coney Island Restaurant, where they developed a marketing plan and customer rewards program. In 2006, they interned at United Technologies. From 2007 to 2009, Matthew held various positions at Alltech, including Marketing Coordinator and State Development Coordinator. Matthew managed special projects and conducted market analysis for regional marketing plans. At Mithoff Burton Partners, they served as the Director of Client Services from 2009 to 2011. Matthew then transitioned into the banking industry, working at MidFirst Bank as a Commercial Lending Candidate/Financial Analyst. Matthew gained experience in underwriting, documentation, and compliance. Matthew was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer and later to Vice President Commercial Lending. Since January 2020, Matthew has been at Mabrey Bank as the Senior Vice President Commercial Lending, responsible for commercial banking relationships. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to improving their skills.
Matthew Hill completed their education with a High School Diploma in General Studies from Jenks High School in the year 2002. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, graduating in 2006. Following this, they obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky in 2007.
