Jorge Costa

Jorge Costa serves as the Head of Neuroscience and Clinical Neurophysiologist at MAC Clinical Research since January 2019, while also working as a Specialist Clinical Physiologist at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust since June 2015. Responsibilities include performing Electroencephalographic (EEG) investigations using standard and special techniques. Jorge has additional experience as a football coach at Beacon Rangers JFC, overseeing training sessions for boys and girls and evaluating performance. Previous roles include Specialist Clinical Physiologist positions at Taunton & Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, alongside a work experience role at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Jorge has completed internships as a Neurophysiology Technician in various hospitals and holds a licentiate degree in Clinical Neurophysiology, along with multiple coaching qualifications from The Football Association and Liverpool County FA.
