Dean Carter

Dean has 17 years’ experience in environmental research and managing the regulatory approval of mining and infrastructure projects across various commodities. Dean was previously involved in the approval and construction of Mount Gibson Mining’s Extension Hill iron ore project and has been involved in projects from exploration through to construction and production

Dr Carter holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons1) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
