Christian Kaiser

Christian Kaiser has a diverse work experience in the industrial solutions and chemical industry. Christian currently holds the position of Business Director for Central + Eastern Europe at MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions since September 2021.

Prior to this, Christian Kaiser served as the Managing Director at Microgleit GmbH, a member of the COVENTYA group from June 2020 to August 2022. Christian was responsible for managing the company's operations during this period.

Before their role at Microgleit GmbH, Christian Kaiser worked at Coventya from 2016 to September 2021, where they held the position of International Product Manager.

From 2003 to 2016, Christian Kaiser worked at MacDermid, where they held various roles including Global Product Manager, Account Manager, Sales and Service, and Head of Lab & Tech Center.

Christian Kaiser began their career at WIELAND Edelmetalle GmbH in 1997 as an Apprentice Lab Technician before transitioning to a Plating Shop role from 2000 to 2003.

Overall, Christian Kaiser has amassed significant experience and expertise in management, product development, and sales within the chemical and industrial solutions industry.

Christian Kaiser attended FOM University of Applied Science Munich from 2008 to 2011, earning a degree in Economics. Prior to that, they studied Metal Finishing at Heinrich-Wieland-Schule Pforzheim from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a State Certified Engineer certification. Christian also attended Carl-Engler-Schule Karlsruhe from 1997 to 2000, studying Metals and obtaining a degree as a Lab Technician.
