Marcus M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Marcus started their career at StandardAero as a Gas Turbine Performance Engineer before transitioning to roles such as Director of Engineering, Director of Operations, and Lean Transformation Team Leader. During their time at StandardAero, Marcus played key roles in implementing lean strategies that improved operational efficiency and increased margin and sales growth. Marcus later joined Cormer Group Industries as a Corporate Engineering Manager and then moved on to MacDon Industries, where they served as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Director of Component Operations. In these roles, Marcus led teams and implemented various strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve safety measures, and enhance overall productivity.
