William Blaney

William Blaney has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. William began their career as a Sales Negotiator at Dexters Estate Agents in 2011 and worked there until 2013. William then joined Winkworth as a Senior Sales Negotiator from 2013 to 2015, before being promoted to Sales Manager and Valuer for the Central London area from 2014 to 2019. In 2020, they transitioned to the data center industry and joined Macdonald & Company as a Senior Consultant, specializing in recruiting and headhunting mid to executive-level management roles in real estate, particularly focusing on investors & funds as well as data centers and logistics. In 2022, they were promoted to Head of Data Centres, APAC, based in Singapore, where they continue to work with developers, investors, owners, operators, advisors, and consultancies across the region.

William Blaney attended Wellington College from 2000 to 2005. William later pursued their higher education at the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2010.
