Stuart Davies

Stuart Davies is a highly experienced professional in the hospitality and fitness industries, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts since May 2023. Prior to this role, Stuart held various positions at Village Hotels from September 2007 to May 2023, ultimately becoming Senior General Manager/Regional Director, overseeing five properties across the North West and Leeds. Additional roles at Village Hotels included Deputy General Manager and Leisure Club Manager, with experience at Village Urban Resort in Hull and St David's Near Chester. Stuart also contributed as a Non-Executive Director and Vice-Chair at Active Cheshire from July 2015 to July 2019, and served as Fitness Manager at Esporta from June 2006 to September 2007. A graduate of Loughborough University, Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports Science with Management.
