Amanda Spraker

Amanda Spraker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational and administrative leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions since January 2020, Amanda previously held the position of COO at Microsoft for a brief period and served as Chief Operating Officer at Movere from September 2016 to January 2020. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations at Performance Dimensions Group, Interim COO/HR Director at the Center for Infectious Disease Research, and HR Director at both HealthPoint (CHC) and N2h2 Inc. Amanda began their career as a Program Coordinator/Recruiter at the University of Oregon and worked as a Program Officer in the Women's Affairs Division with the Department of Education in Kosrae State, Micronesia. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Communication from the University of Oregon.
