Andy Mason

Andy Mason's work experience begins in 2003 when they started working at Mason Brothers Construction as the President. In this role, they were responsible for generating new business and estimating residential projects. Andy worked with subcontractors, material suppliers, and in-house estimators to develop project budgets and define scopes of work. Andy worked at Mason Brothers Construction until 2009.

After that, Andy joined Siemens in 2009. Andy'sfirst role at Siemens was the Operations Supervisor, where they supervised 12 mechanics and managed multiple mechanical service accounts for strategic customers such as AT&T, University of Oregon, HP, and Meridian Hospital. Andy held this position until April 2011.

From May 2011 to December 2018, Andy worked as a Sales Executive at Siemens. In this role, they managed and grew a group of accounts in the Salem area to the Oregon border. Andy collaborated with customers to improve the performance of building automation systems and integrated fire life safety, security, and other building systems.

Simultaneously, Andy also served as a Client Services Manager at Siemens from February 2017 to December 2018. Andy managed the delivery of service agreements, ensuring financial performance and customer satisfaction. Andy developed Trusted Advisor relationships with customers and recommended services and solutions to improve their business results.

After leaving Siemens, Andy worked as a Sales Engineer at Hunter-Davisson, Inc. from January 2019 to March 2021.

Currently, Andy is employed at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions as an Account Executive. Andy started this position in March 2021 and works directly with customers to identify and meet their project needs, including equipment replacements, retrofits, and design-build projects involving various trades such as fitting, sheet metal, plumbing, electrical, and controls.

Andy Mason attended Santa Clara University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
