John Sauers

John Sauers has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. John started their career in 2004 as a Field Service Technician at Fast Water Heater Company, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they served in the US Army as a Squad Leader and Bradley Systems Maintainer. In 2013, they worked as a Caterer, Dishwasher, and BBQ/Kitchen Help at Long Horn BBQ. John then joined MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions in 2014, initially as a SSP Startup and Service Apprentice. Over the years, they progressed within the company, taking on roles such as SSP Startup and Service Lead, SSP Foreman, and currently as an Account Executive. John'sresponsibilities at MacDonald-Miller include solving mechanical problems, designing and managing special project mechanical scopes, and finding creative solutions for commercial properties involving HVAC, Sheet Metal, Plumbing, Electrical, TABB, and Commissioning.

John Sauers attended the Community Colleges of Spokane from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an Associates in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician. After that, they enrolled in the Local 66 Sheet Metal Service Apprenticeship program in 2014, focusing on Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at Stanwood High School from 2000 to 2004, graduating with a High School Diploma. During their time at high school, they studied Web Page Design, Graphics, and Digital Design, as well as Newspaper. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained the L06A certification from the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries in July 2018.
