Patrick Cabe has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Patrick started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at MacDonald-Miller in 2004, where they worked on HVAC and plumbing projects with budgets up to $12,000,000. After two years, they joined KrekowJennings in 2006 as a Project Manager and Assistant Estimator. During their time there, they managed various commercial and high-end residential construction projects, focusing on quality and precision detail. In 2011, Patrick returned to MacDonald-Miller, this time as a Project Manager. Patrick'sresponsibilities included budgeting, cost forecasting, risk assessment, estimating, labor projections, contract review, equipment procurement, MEP coordination, and implementing lean construction practices. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Project Executive with a focus on healthcare projects. Overall, Patrick has acquired extensive expertise in construction project management and has consistently delivered successful outcomes.

Patrick Cabe began their education at the University of Washington in 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Construction Management in 2005. Patrick later pursued further education at the same institution, earning a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate in 2012. In the same year, they also attended MCAWW and completed a program in Construction Project Management II, obtaining the degree of CMPM2. Additionally, in May 2017, Patrick obtained certification as a Certified Healthcare Constructor from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
