Seth Ferrara has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Seth began their career at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, in January 2013 as a Nuclear Safety Specialist until August 2014. Seth then joined Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in August 2014 as a Technical Research Intern, later transitioning to a Building Engineer Intern from January 2016 to June 2017. Seth then became a Mechanical Engineer at PNNL from June 2017 to September 2019. Following this, they worked at Sunbelt Controls from September 2019 to November 2021 as a System Software Engineer. Currently, Seth is employed at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions as a Systems Integrator since November 2021, and they hold the position of Team Lead - Smart Building Services Integration starting from October 2022.
Seth Ferrara attended Washington State University from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In May 2017, they earned the certification of Engineer-in-Training from the Washington State Department of Licensing. Additionally, in April 2017, Seth successfully passed the FE Exam administered by the NCEES.
