Currently serving as HR Operations Director at Mace since January 2024, Alison previously held the position of Global Director of People Operations at South Pole, leading HR teams across EMEA, Americas, and APAC. Alison's career includes significant roles at DLA Piper, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Aline HR Consulting, and AkzoNobel, focusing on the development and implementation of HR processes, technology transformation, and change management.
