Darren Purnell has a wealth of experience in recruitment, particularly in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Head of International Recruitment at Mace, Darren oversees the recruitment of senior and technical staff across multiple regions. Prior to Mace, Darren held roles at Hill McGlynn and Vital Resources Group, where Darren focused on recruiting technical and trades staff. Darren's recruitment expertise extends to rail, civils, and building projects, supported by their safety competencies. Darren holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Physics from the University of Nottingham.
