Rebecca Saunders

Rebecca Saunders (née Rogers) is a seasoned legal recruitment professional with extensive experience in partner and associate recruitment for law firms. Currently serving as the Head of Lateral Partner Recruitment International and Recruitment EMEA at Hogan Lovells since October 2019, Rebecca oversees lateral partner recruitment across EMEA and APAC, as well as counsel, senior associate, associate, business services, and graduate recruitment for EMEA. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a Senior Manager of Lateral Partner Recruitment at Hogan Lovells, managed the Partner Private Practice team as a Director at SSQ, and served as a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Taylor Root. Rebecca began her legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Freshfields, qualifying in March 2007, after completing a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford and a Diploma in Legal Practice at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
