Neil Pailing

Neil Pailing is the Operations Director at Mace Group, where they provide project management and controls services for various technology projects, including pharmaceuticals and biomass energy. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Neil has successfully managed projects across diverse sectors such as nuclear, renewable energy, and higher education. Prior to their current role, they held positions as an Associate at Davis Langdon, a Project Manager at AWE, and Project Director at Bovis Lend Lease. Neil also served as Operations Director at M + W Group, supporting projects in semiconductor and waste-to-energy sectors. They earned their education at the University of Sunderland from 1975 to 1978.
