Sophia Gridley serves as the Assistant Sustainability Manager at Mace from September 2022, having previously worked as a Sustainability Assistant. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Small World Consulting, where support was provided in producing a sustainability strategy review for Lancaster University, along with researching student awareness on sustainability. In July 2020, Sophia participated in a Virtual Internship Experience in Consulting with Bright Network, engaging in seminars and completing a work sample project. A brief work shadowing experience at iptiQ by Swiss Re in September 2019 involved observing compliance and regulatory risk processes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Science in Geography, both obtained from Lancaster University, along with A-levels in Biology, Sociology, and Geography from Weald of Kent Grammar School.
