Zoee Heathcote CMI currently serves as the Global HR Change Manager at Mace, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Zoee was a Senior HR Manager and Project Lead at Designer Group from July 2018 to May 2023, where significant contributions included establishing HR infrastructure for a new divisional arm in the Nordics and managing employee mobilization for a European Data Centre project. Prior experiences encompass a variety of HR leadership roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ISG and Head of Resourcing at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. Zoee also has a background in entrepreneurship as a Business Owner/Manager and has engaged in volunteer work with Kent County Search and Rescue. Educational qualifications include a Management degree (CMgr MCMI) and a PTLLS in Teaching & Coaching.
