Fatema Almeshqab has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Fatema began their career as an IT Governance Intern at Bahrain Petroleum Company in 2015. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing on research related to rural electrification possibilities and challenges in developing countries, with a specific focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. In 2018, they became a Software Engineer Intern at Aluminium Bahrain. Later in the same year, they joined Carnegie Mellon University again as a Teaching Assistant. Currently, they are working as a Software Consultant at Macedon Technologies from August 2019 onwards.

Fatema Almeshqab completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University from 2014 to 2018. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the same institution from 2018 to 2019. In September 2019, they obtained the Appian Level 2 Credential, awarded by the Appian Corporation.
