Richard Madramuthu

Richard Madramuthu is an experienced professional in retail leasing and asset management, currently serving as Vice President at Macerich since October 2018. Previously, Richard held multiple roles at Macerich, including Assistant Vice President, Senior Leasing Manager, and Leasing Manager. Prior to Macerich, Richard worked as Director of Retail Leasing & Asset Management at Cohen Equities from March 2016 to September 2018, and as a Lease Analyst at Kimco Realty Corporation from June 2011 to February 2016. Richard holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Queens College.
