Aj Conway

AJ Conway serves as the Supervisor of Domestic Recruitment at MacEwan University since March 2023, leading a team of student recruiters in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of domestic student recruitment activities. Previously, AJ held the role of Mentoring & Networking Coordinator at The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) from August 2018 to March 2023, overseeing the flagship mentoring program and creating in-person and online networking experiences. Prior to that, AJ was employed at Concordia University of Edmonton from June 2012 to July 2018, progressing from Student Recruitment Advisor to Assistant Registrar, Recruitment, while managing recruitment activities, budgets, and a team of advisors. AJ completed a Bachelor of Education in Social Studies Teacher Education at the University of Alberta between 2008 and 2011.
