Helen Ngan-Pare

Helen Ngan-Pare has held various leadership roles within HR and operational departments at the City of Edmonton from 2001 to 2019. Helen then joined MacEwan University as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources in July 2019. Helen later took on the role of Acting Vice President of Finance and Administration from September 2021 to February 2022. In addition to their work at MacEwan University, they also served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers starting in June 2021.

Helen Ngan-Pare holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. Helen also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology - Family Studies from the University of Alberta.
