Norene Erickson

Norene Erickson currently serves as an Associate Professor in the School of Business at Grant MacEwan University, where responsibilities include advising on curriculum planning and regularly reviewing syllabi for information management classes. Previously, Norene held the position of part-time Reference Librarian at the University of Alberta's Humanities and Social Sciences Library from 2007 to 2010. Norene also worked as an Instructional Librarian at NorQuest College from 1996 to 2004, providing reference services and coordinating library instruction programs, as well as managing library operations during the absence of the Library Manager. Norene Erickson earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Alberta, a Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) from the University of Alberta, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from the University of Calgary.
