Julian Howard

Julian is the firm’s Managing Partner. In 1989, Julian was seconded to a major US firm for a year and was the resident partner in charge of the Macfarlanes Tokyo office from 1992 to 1997.

Before becoming Managing Partner Julian was Head of the Finance practice acting for both lenders and borrowers in various financing and restructuring transactions, including leveraged buy outs and corporate acquisitions, as well as on public offerings and private placements of high yield and other corporate bonds.
