Bobby K. Banerjee

Bobby is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certified results-driven Operational Start-up Executive. He holds a degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering with over 23 years of experience delivering complex, short-timeline, high-risk projects on time and on budget. He is a mentor, coach, and leader in developing high-functioning team members with a natural ability to communicate and build partnerships with all facets of the internal and customer organization. Exceptionally detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses logical problem-solving skills with a focus on negotiating cost savings and a passion for driving process and organizational success.

Prior to joining with MacGregor Partners, Bobby spent time at DHL/Exel as Business Project Manager supporting all Sectors of the company’s portfolio. With over 135+ projects under his belt, he was instrumentally focused on growing Customer relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure successful overall project delivery. He worked with the team to help grow the PMO process and methodology for the organization and was sought out by Executive leadership to support new customers and complex projects.
