John Williams

John Williams is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience in leading and innovating digital solutions. Currently serving as co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Amplience since June 2010, John has been instrumental in developing scalable media services and headless CMS to enhance digital customer experiences for retailers and brands. In addition to this role, John is a member of the technology council at MACH Alliance since June 2020. Previously, John held the position of CTO and Head of Technology at LBi, overseeing technology strategies and project delivery, and served as CTO at Framfab, leading technical teams on consulting projects. John began a career as Lead Developer at Reuters and progressed to Head of Engineering at iXL, which later became Scient, showcasing a strong foundation in software engineering with degrees from Teesside University and an MBA from Imperial College London.
