Victoria Nguyen

Victoria Nguyen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and business partnership. Currently serving as a People Business Partner and People Operations Partner at Mach49 since August 2021, Victoria has contributed to a venture-driven growth organization. Prior to this, Victoria held the position of HR Specialist - Assistant Manager at Samsung Electro-Mechanics America, where responsibilities included payroll processing, benefits management, and employee engagement initiatives. Victoria’s experience also includes serving as an HR Administrator at GEO Semiconductor, Inc. and as an Assistant Paralegal at Fragomen, focusing on labor certifications and immigration processes. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Services and a Minor in Education from the University of California, Davis.
