Ravi MacHani

Ravi Machani has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Delphi Automotive in 2000. Ravi later became the Joint Managing Director at Stumpp Schuele & Somappa Springs Pvt. Ltd., a leading spring manufacturer in India. In 2010, they founded IndiVillage Tech Solutions, a rural business process outsourcing company focused on providing education and economic opportunities to rural communities. That same year, they also became the Managing Director of Svasa Homes, where they aimed to design seamless communities for evolving India. In 2013, Ravi became the Managing Director of Machani Hospitalities, where they designed luxury boutique hotel experiences. In 2014, they founded CORE Experience, a studio of young designers that specializes in tailoring experiences for discerning audiences. Lastly, Ravi is currently the Managing Director of Machani Group, where they strive to find the intersection of engineering, design, and business, celebrating Indian wisdom and design.

Ravi Machani completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at Bangalore Institute Of Technology from 1991 to 1995. Ravi then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General at Bradley University from 1996 to 1999.
