Chinmay Shete

Chinmay Shete is an experienced engineering executive with a strong background in cloud solutions and industrial IoT. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Machfu Inc. since February 2015, Chinmay has focused on designing and implementing cloud technologies for IoT data management. Prior to this role, Chinmay was a Principal Software Engineer at Machfu, specializing in the development of an Android-based IIoT application gateway. Previous positions include Senior Software Engineer at CAPTIVA, where consulting projects were executed for clients like GE and AT&T, and Software Engineer at Cooper Power Systems, involved in embedded software development for smart grid technologies. Chinmay began a career in software engineering at Lucent Technologies, working on GSM network signaling systems. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Government College of Engineering, Pune.
