Jai Dialani

Jai Dialani has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Jai started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where they conducted experiments and analyzed performance measurements of IEEE 802.11a WLANs in the presence of UWB systems.

After their tenure at the university, Jai worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at OPNET Technologies, which was later acquired by Riverbed Technology. Jai then transitioned to a role as a Product Engineering/QA Team Lead and eventually moved into Product Management at Riverbed Technology. During this time, they played a key role in the development and launch of products.

Jai later joined Corning Incorporated as a Product Line Manager and was responsible for managing the product line. Following this, they joined Iridium as a Product Line Manager, where they strategically managed data connectivity products, developed marketing strategies, and created successful smartphone application development programs.

Afterwards, Jai worked at ORBCOMM as the Director of Product Management, overseeing various IoT products and solutions. Jai was responsible for ideation, requirements, development, and launch of several innovative solutions.

Jai'snext role was at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Product Manager for AWS Ground Station. Jai contributed to the ground station product management and played a vital role in its success.

Jai then founded their own companies, Shivaan & Co. and IoConnecx, specializing in internet-of-things-based startups in the Smart Tools and Smart Homes industries. Jai focused on establishing technology-based social connections and disrupting the connected-things marketplace.

In their most recent position, Jai served as the Director of Products at Machfu Inc., where they managed the product portfolio and played a crucial role in product development and strategy.

Currently, Jai is working as the Managing Director for the US division of Leaf Space, contributing to the company's mission in the satellite communications industry.

Jai Dialani received a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, completing their studies between 2002 and 2004. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed between 1997 and 2001. In addition to their formal education, Jai also holds certifications in various areas such as building an effective business case, Corning MobileAccess DAS certification, developing leadership voice for presence and impact, high impact presentations, mastering business development, product launch essentials, and project management skills for success.
