Sara Lanen

Sara Lanen has extensive experience in leadership and operational roles within diverse industries. Currently serving as Director and Chief of Staff for Go-To-Market Products and Technology at ServiceNow since August 2021, previous roles include Sales Enablement Business Partner and Sales Leader Onboarding Program Manager. At ResMed from May 2013 to July 2019, Sara co-managed a $2M annual global leadership development program and implemented data-driven software to enhance team performance. As Owner and Creative Director of Salt and Arrow, an online clothing boutique, Sara showcased a curated collection for women. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Taylor & Pond and Amulaire Thermal Technology, where responsibilities included comprehensive support for C-level executives and marketing efforts. Sara's educational background includes studies at San Diego State University and San Diego City College.
