Jonathan S. Easton

Jonathan S. Easton has extensive experience in finance and advisory roles. Jonathan S. is currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Finance at Machina Labs since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Adviser to the Board at GSX Group Limited from 2019 to October 2022. Jonathan also held key positions at Astana International Exchange - AIX, serving as a Board Director and Chair of Audit & Risk Committee from 2018 to 2022, and as the Acting CEO from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked as an Investment & Strategy Advisor at Independent Advisory from 2010 to 2015. Jonathan also has experience as the Founder/CEO & Portfolio Manager at EN Asset Management from 2001 to 2009, and as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Schroders from 1997 to 2001.

Jonathan S. Easton has a diverse education history. In 2008-2009, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they pursued a Master's degree in Management. In 2010-2011, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a Master's degree in Financial Engineering. Later, from 2016 to present (2022), Jonathan has been studying at EDHEC Business School, working towards a Ph.D. in Finance. Prior to these experiences, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Statistics at Brunel University London, although the specific dates for this degree are not provided.
