Andrew Holman

Andrew Holman is a seasoned executive in the medical device industry with a strong background in commercial leadership. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Machine Solutions Inc. since March 2025, Andrew manages all commercial functions across a diverse range of brands. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Chief Executive Officer at VitalPath from April 2023 to January 2025, driving design and manufacturing initiatives in collaboration with major OEM customers. Andrew has also held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Prytime Medical Devices, Inc., where commercial operations including sales and marketing were overseen. As Global President at QMD - DEGANIA I BIOMETRIX I ARTHESYS, Andrew had full P&L responsibility for a medical device outsourcing firm. Andrew's career began at Integer Holdings Corporation as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, where significant responsibilities included corporate business development and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rollins College.
