Thomas Wells

Thomas Wells is an experienced gaming industry professional currently serving as the CEO of MZ Games since February 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at AppLovin from June 2020 to March 2023, including General Manager and Vice President of Engineering. Thomas has a long tenure at MZ, where work spanned from November 2014 to June 2020, culminating in a Vice Presidential role in Engineering. Previous experience includes Game Developer positions at Quark Games and Knack.it and a Software Engineer role at IGT. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Game Development from Full Sail University, completed in 2008.
