Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on online sales of organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught university courses in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
