Cullen Mclarty has a diverse work experience. Cullen began their career in 2009 as a Volunteer at the Vashon Maury Food Bank. In 2014, they became a Tutor at Greenfield Community College, where they worked with students and faculty to help educate in business, accounting, and English courses. In 2017, they joined MachineMetrics as an Intern, where they resolved customer tickets relating to technical hardware support or product knowledge. Cullen then became a Customer Success Manager, where they fostered strong relationships of trust with customers and became their primary contact for technical recommendations and advice. Cullen then moved on to become a Customer Success Support Manager, where they created and implemented a company-wide support process, resulting in an over 200% reduction in ticket First Reply Time. Cullen then became a Technical Product Manager, Integrations.
Cullen Mclarty began their education in 2014 at Greenfield Community College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business. Cullen also received a Management Certificate from the same institution. In 2015, they transferred to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Operations & Information Management, as well as an Information Technology Minor. Cullen completed their studies in 2017.
