Shannon Ralich

Shannon Ralich is the Vice President of Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer at Machinify, a healthcare intelligence company, where expertise is delivered across the payment continuum to health plan clients. Ralich serves actively on several boards, including the IAPP as an Advisory Board Member for the Privacy Bar Section, and as Regional Chapter Chair for the Carolinas with Women in AI Governance (WiAIG). Additional roles include being a speaker and host for the NCBA's Privacy & Data Security Section, and serving as a Director on the Board of Neuse River Golden Retriever Rescue. Previously, Ralich held key legal positions at JFrog and Zendesk, focusing on privacy and AI matters. Ralich's educational background includes ongoing studies at the University of California, Berkeley in Artificial Intelligence and completion of programs at Harvard Online and Boston University, along with a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University.
