John McGuire

John McGuire is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as General Manager at Machintek Corp since January 2020, McGuire previously held the position of Director of Operations at Rhinestahl Advanced Manufacturing Group from June 2018 to January 2020. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at TSS Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations for a contract manufacturer, and Director of Operations at International Knife & Saw, Inc., managing manufacturing and service operations across multiple locations. McGuire began a career in manufacturing at Hamilton Tool Company, where various roles culminated in the Plant Manager position. McGuire is an alumnus of Purdue University.
